Minimal Data Collection
MBET Consultants only collects data that is strictly necessary for providing its services. We never sell your data to third parties.

We collect your personal data in two distinct contexts:
1.1 Contact via Form
If you contact MBET Consultants via the form available on the site:
- Data collected, following the principle of minimization:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Purpose: this data is used solely to process your request.
- Retention period: messages are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact.
1.2 Browsing Data
We use Matomo Analytics, a GDPR-compliant analytics solution that does not rely on third-party cookies, to collect anonymized browsing data (pages visited, time spent, traffic source) for the sole purpose of audience measurement and improving user experience. This data is anonymized at the source, does not allow direct identification of users, and is never shared with third parties. No consent is required for this audience measurement, in accordance with the French data protection authority’s (CNIL) position on privacy-friendly analytics solutions.

Data Processors and Transfers
We work with the following data processors as part of our activities:
Matomo Analytics
Website audience measurement. We use Matomo Analytics, a GDPR-compliant analytics solution. Matomo Analytics is configured in cookie-free mode, using data anonymization at the source through automatic masking of visitors’ IP addresses. Data remains hosted in France, on our own servers, and is never transferred to servers located outside the EU, nor shared with advertising third parties.

Infomaniak (Host)
Website hosting. Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland. Servers are located in Switzerland and the EU. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
